RDMA network acceleration

The native Ceph 14.2.8 and 17.2.7 are used to integrate the open source acceleration library Unified Communication X (UCX) 1.14.1. By adding the UCX stack to Ceph, UCX can be used to enable RoCE for Ceph. The proprietary Rendezvous (RNDV) protocol in UCX is used to implement zero copy from NICs to the service memory, greatly improving large-block write performance. The UCX multi-rail function can dynamically aggregate NICs and interfaces to achieve optimal network bandwidth. These optimizations improve the read and write performance of both a single volume and the entire cluster.
