High-performance configuration tuning

• Purpose

  Balance the loads of the two CPUs.

• Procedure

  Evenly distribute the NVMe SSDs and NICs to the two CPUs.

  Hardware Type	Tuning Method	Remarks
  NIC	NUMA resource balancing	For example, you can insert the LOMs into the PCIe slots of CPU 1 and the Mellanox ConnectX-4 NICs into the PCIe slots of CPU 2 to balance the loads of the two CPUs.
  Storage	NUMA resource balancing	For example, you can insert six NVMe SSDs into the PCIe slots of CPU 1 and the other six NVMe SSDs into the PCIe slots of CPU 2 to balance the loads of the two CPUs.
