Environment Requirements

The hardware and software environments for installing Ceph 16.2.7 are listed as follows.

The installation of Ceph and its dependencies requires Internet access. Ensure that the server is connected to the Internet.

The software requirements are as follows:

Ceph	16.2.7 Pacific	Ceph 16.2.7 has been integrated into the system image source of openEuler 22.03. You can use the package provided in the system image source.

This document uses Ceph 16.2.7 as an example. You can also refer to this document to install other versions.
If the OS needs to be installed, the minimum installation mode is recommended.
