GCC for openEuler

GCC for openEuler is a compiler toolchain (including the compiler, assembler, and linker) developed based on the open source GCC. It is released in the openEuler community.

• Compatible with C11, C++ 14/17, and Fortran 2018 language standards and OpenMP 4.5/5.0 API specifications.
• Hardened quality for the Kunpeng platform, covering open source and commercial full tests and ensuring stable commercial use in multiple products.
