Introduction

  • openEuler is a digital infrastructure OS that fits into any server, cloud computing, edge computing, and embedded deployment. This secure, stable, and easy-to-use open source OS is compatible with multiple computing architectures.
  • The openEuler open source community and third-party developers provide a wealth of easy-to-use software packages. The latest openEuler version has included more than 35,000 software packages. openEuler users can configure different software repositories as needed.
  • openEuler reviews its software dependencies based on real user scenarios, sorts out the upstream community addresses of all the software packages, and verifies its source code by comparing it to that of the upstream communities. This is a complete lifecycle management that covers building, verification, and distribution to realize a reliable software supply chain.

Currently, the openEuler open source community has nearly 10,000 contributors, and more than 1,800 enterprise users and partners from across the entire industry chain. Many OS vendors have launched their openEuler-based commercial releases.
