Installing the Kunpeng DevKit CLI Tool

The Kunpeng DevKit CLI tool is a toolset that includes the System Migration, Porting Advisor, Affinity Analyzer, System Profiler, Java Profiler, and System Diagnosis tools. It can be independently installed on worker nodes. It can be used during the gated check-in stage.
