Setting the DataGuard Operation Set

The KCAL configuration (such as the number of threads and arithmetic fractional bits) is set by using DataGuard's configuration functions. Therefore, you need to initialize the DataGuard operation set for instantiating KCAL and configuring the KCAL parameters. For details, see section "DataGuard APIs for Configuring an Operation Set" in KCAL Developer Guide.
