Failed to Deploy the Data I/O Application SDK

Symptom

The data I/O application SDK fails to be deployed. The following is an example of the error information. Rectify the fault based on the actual error information.

• Error 1: The SDK installation is not supported on the target server.
• Error 2: The kunpeng-sdk software package does not match the OS version. For details about the supported versions, visit the Kunpeng community.

Possible Causes

• Error 1: The OS of the target server is not openEuler 20.03 LTS SP1, openEuler 22.03 LTS SP1, or Kylin V10 SP1.
• Error 2: The uploaded SDK software package does not match the target OS.

Troubleshooting Procedure

• Error 1: Select another server to deploy the SDK.
• Error 2: Upload the SDK installation package that matches the target OS.
