Backend Storage Usage Description

BoostIO uses a back-end storage system (Ceph or HDFS) as the capacity layer for data persistence. This back-end storage system is provided by users, and provides the storage pools or mount directories used for BoostIO. The back-end storage system is managed and maintained by users. Therefore, users must ensure that the storage pools or mount directories provided for BoostIO are not used or accessed by other software applications. Otherwise, application data may be damaged and unauthorized directory access may occur.
